Pineda has been a member of the Walt's Wharf Staff for nearly 15 years.
Over the years, he has grown to become an integral part of our kitchen
team. Luis is Chef Mark Tydell's right hand man, and is in charge of
making sure that the kitchen runs smoothly in Mark's absence. A master on
the oak grill, Luis makes sure that each and every item is prepared to
perfection.
